SharePoint and Website Pages in Tabs Reload

Hey All,

I've got some SharePoint lists as tabs for my team in Microsoft Teams. If I create a new item in a particular list, and then switch away from that tab, and then back to that tab, the list reloads like any other webpage that you were going to from somewhere else. Is there a way to keep it where it is and not have it reload?
