shared channel with external guest
In my organization, we need to create shared channels to optimize the workflow. However, the guest are not member of any organization (non tenant) they almost have mail like : @hotmail, @gmail,... W...
admin_amicial Shared channels only work with business accounts, where the external user has Teams in their companies tenant.
If you use Azure AD b2b Collaboration to create guests in Teams rather than shared channels you can then invite people without their own tenant.
