Share content didn't appear or freeze during teams meeting.
Hi Everyone,
I having an issue where when participant trying to share content during microsoft teams meeting, the content didn't show on the display and sometime the content is freeze. We join the meeting from Cisco Room Bar Pro on Cisco Room OS Platform. This issue also happen intermittently. Have reboot the device but it's still occurred.
Anyone encounter this issue before?
Thanks,

This could be related to the Teams/Cisco RoomOS integration rather than the room bar hardware itself. I’d check the Teams and RoomOS versions first, then test screen sharing from different participants. Also check the device logs around the time the freeze occurs. Since rebooting hasn’t helped and it’s intermittent, updating the firmware/software or reviewing the Teams device configuration would be a good next step.
Because the Cisco Room Bar Pro intermittently shows a blank or frozen share after reboot, first isolate whether Teams failed to deliver the content or the interop endpoint failed to render it. During the next incident, join the same meeting from a standard Teams desktop client. If desktop clients also fail, investigate the presenter, meeting, and network. If they display the share normally, focus on the room device’s join path. Record the meeting ID, UTC time, room account, RoomOS version, and whether it joined through native Teams integration, CVI or SIP, or WebRTC. In Teams admin center, open meeting troubleshooting and inspect content-sharing, device, connectivity, and network telemetry. Confirm the site has sufficient screen-sharing bandwidth and access to required Teams media endpoints. Because CVI is a Microsoft-qualified third-party service, provide endpoint or CVI logs to that provider and give Microsoft Support the meeting ID and Teams telemetry
