Send Teams meeting link for large group of attendee including outsider

Hi, I want to check that if I created one Teams meeting with 6 required attendees, then I manually copy the Teams meeting link from Teams calendar, then I email the meeting link to 280 people including outsider or external party, are these 280 people able to join the Teams meeting at the same time and able to see the meeting presentation video and audio?

Because I am confused with the limitation stated at Microsoft webpage, as it stated 20 people limitation for number of people in a video or audio call from chat.
