Scheduling an announcement
Is there a way of scheduling an announcement to be posted at a specific time? I don't want to do a conversation, I need to make it an announcement.

No, that is not possible. There is an uservoice request for this:
Vote for it an spread it, with many votes it will get attention from Microsoft and they might implement it.
You can user Power Automate flows to schedule a message to a channel but not an announcement.
