Microsoft 365 include an App called Bookings for exactly the purpose you are looking for :-

Andrew Hodges Wow, that is totally unexpected and immensely good news. I will give it a try later this weekend, but you're right. A quick look at the links shows that it in fact does exactly what we're looking for. If it works for us, I'm going to go ahead and spread the news through some social channels as I'm always being asked about our switch from Zoom to Teams by others who want to do the same. Thank you!
