Room System, version 4.4.25.0 does not start
Same problem here. Is there any option to rollback version 4.3.42.0 ?

This is weird. At least you Petri-X Mika Seppänen and I seem to be Finnish. Can this be language / geography -based in some way?

Hit the similar thing with a new device after 4.4.41.0 update. Scriptlaunch log was also indicating that one of the powershell scripts was failing, I tried to run that manually and it failed with "cannot translate date/time" or something similar. Language and locale settings were Finnish.
I changed the admin account UI language and Locale to English (united states) and after reboot Room system was working again.

Unfortunately (?) moisiri I success to get the devices back to online. We are using both Skype on-prem and Teams on the devices, but so that Skype is still preferable. Devices are running 1903.
If you have proxy in use, then that is good place to take a trace. If you do not have proxy, then Azure AD's sign-in logs might tell something what is going wrong.
Also if you do not have proxy in use, then perhaps this could give you a hint what is going wrong (thanks to Enamul_Khaleque😞
Capture a Network Trace without installing anything (& capture a network trace of a reboot)
Reboot the device and see from the trace if that could explain what connection is not working.
Other option is to use Process Monitor for capturing what is happening during reboot. Again, reboot and see if anything clear appears.
