Restrictions on Group Chat names

I have an automation to programmatically create group chats. The names of these group chats are suggested by users, so they can be anything. So I will need to first filter out any invalid names.
But I am unable to find any information on the restrictions on group chat names (e.g. character length, special character restrictions) so my automation will likely run into issues. Does anyone have any information on this?
