Restricting access to meeting content.

We have a weekly board meeting scheduled in Teams.

These meetings are done i Teams, and the session recorded using Stream.

Every week we invite a different department head, either HR, IT etc to join the meeting for a quick 30 minute session.

They then leave the meeting, and the board meeting carries on.

The concern we have, is that the user that has left, still has access to the Stream by default, and can still be involved with the associated chat in that meeting?

Is there a way to remove a user from a meeting, and prevent them access the associated chat and Stream recording?

ChrisS990 Unfortunately no. You need to have a separate meeting to which you invite the board and the additional person. It is however very easy to join another meeting and the ongoing meeting will simply be put on hold in the meantime. But this means that you will have two separate recordings.
