Restrict users in same organization from joining a chat/meeting that they are not invited to.
If I create/schedule a meeting in Teams, and sends the invitation to wanted attendees in the organization, they can automatically join the meeting by clicking the link. If this link somehow is exposed to other people in the same organization, and if they click on the link, they will automatically join. Is there any way it can be prevented so that the meeting is only join-able to the people the meeting invitation is sent to?
PerhapsCloud Hi, yes you can control this with the meetings options (lobby settings) per meeting. The lobby settings are also configurable by using Teams meeting policy.

- PerhapsCloudCopper ContributorAwesome. Thanks. That roadmap link really helped. That's exactly what we were looking for. Waiting for the release of this roadmap feature. Thanks again.

- PerhapsCloudCopper ContributorIt's quite a big org with over 12,000 users. Meetings invitation could go to users across different groups/department... any further questions, feel free let me know. Thanks.
