Request for help with automating call dialing from MS Teams to 3rd party IP phone

I need to automate dialing a call from MS Teams to a 3rd party IP phone. I am searching for APIs to automate this process. I tried using the Graph API, but I was not able to generate an access token. Can anyone help me with this, please?
