Remote Control of 3rd Party PC

I have seen the question, "Can Teams replace WebEx" - and all responses are "Yes". But, we have been unable to take control of a 3rd party PC that's not on our network. The "Request Control" button ...

Hi Thirks ,

 

The problem sometimes is not the home Organisations settings but more than likely the third party will have prevented this type of control from within their Org. So I would check that first.
