Regular malfunctions
Hi all,
I am using MS Teams on regular base, 2 or 3 times a day, always with Power Point presentations.
I like MS teams very well, but...... since month I must delete and reinstall now 2 times a week to make sure that it will work again for the next session.
Different things happen:
1. I cannot call a colleague through MS Teams.
2. the presentation is frozen
3. the audience cannot here me
does anyone know how to fix it ?

- Not necessarily Teams that's an issue here but could be something with your laptop too. At least it sounds like that. I would start by wiping the cache and then try again, if it persists perhaps you'll need to create a new user profile.

If no change
