Recurring talking points on Teams meetings?
Teams meetings can handle the recurring meeting itself, but the agenda structure is the harder part.
You can use Loop or OneNote to create a shared agenda template and keep a set of recurring talking points in there, then add one-off topics before each meeting. That works reasonably well if you only have a few mentor/mentee pairs, but it does rely on people remembering to copy things forward and maintain the structure.
For something more systematic, I’d look at tools that sit inside Teams and are built around recurring 1:1s or mentoring conversations. Teamflect is a solid option for this and I know it has what youre looking for, but I heard 15five also has a solid meeting intelligence tool. Also heard good things about Fellow.
That distinction between recurring and one-off topics sounds small, but it makes these meetings much easier to keep consistent without every agenda feeling identical.
