Recover Teams Account

I am trying to sign up for Microsoft Teams, but I get a message that says "Someone has already set up Teams for your organization". Is there a way to tell which email address was used to set up Teams?

itekyso if a Team is created from a group email you should be able to become a member of it from Teams > you could try to create Teams with different emails or names that should work. or reply back if your requirement is different.
