Teams is KILLING my Mac Every Day
Hi everyone, we're pleased to announce Microsoft Teams for Apple Silicon, which on the M1/M2 ARM builds, will have significantly faster performance than what's seen during the Rosetta emulation today! Users should see a significant performance boost with this release. And for the Intel Macs out there, we're still thinking about you! We have some large performance fixes coming that will help improve overall performance for the Intel version as well.

NZPACMAN Which company would change all their software base because a minority of employees using Apple computers are having trouble with a unique buggy application?
To use Zoom, Google Metting, or another app is not a solution if all the company is based on Microsoft software.
In our case the entire company uses mac and the only reason we moved to Teams is because we had a new senior member of staff join the company that whinged and said "We used Teams at my old work!". So there are much weaker reasons for changing your companies entire software than just the software being buggy.
In an era of technology where OS should not matter anymore, Microsoft have dropped the ball massively with this. The size of this thread is testament to that and this issue should have been rectified a lot sooner.
- Agreed. An enterprise needs to talk to its customers, suppliers and stakeholders, even if. The have a Mac.
