Re adding an user in Teams
An user in my Microsoft Teams(Free) organization was having an issue with logging in. So I removed the user and added him back with same email ID. But now a new account is created and he is not able to read his old chats and conversations.
How can we fix this?

- I would delete the new account and restore the old user account. Then reset the redemption status for the latter.
