Quick Question!

Why is it not appreciated when someone is sharing about an app that users can use inside Teams to solve their pain points? 

I am just purely curious here. Nothing else.

I believe this community is built for connecting with each other by sharing informative pieces of news & updates that help the users. 

So, if someone is sharing about an app that users can use on Teams, why does he/she gets an warning? 

Would love an answer to pacify my curiosity.
