Questions about Guests access & how to edit names
Just recently set up Teams. Have a couple that have guest access. I need to edit there names but don't see where I can do that? Also, there is no way for them to have ability to create channels, upload files, etc like a member if they are from outside our organization, correct?? Thanks in advance.
hward2020 Guests can create channels, but you need to enable permissions under Team Settings > Settings tab in guests permission section. Guests by default can also add files to channels just like a member as well.
- You can do it through the user management section in the Office 365 Admin Portal, just go to the Users section, find there the guests users and change ther contact data
