Public Team keeps requesting PIN

Hi There,

I've created a few Teams that are meant to be open to public but users are always askwed to enter a PIN causing alot of confusion. They can ignore and try and re-enter and it will work, but it's the initial contact.

Has this been encountered before? I was unable to find anything similar without it trying to give me tips on pinning posts.
