Promoting actions in "More Actions" menu?
Hi
I've setup a new "auto attendant" system in Teams, and the primary users of that, are asking if it's possible to promote 'Hold', 'Transfer' and 'Consult then transfer' actions? They would like them to be on the same "level" as keypad, people etc.

KimNoer If this is for a reception type scenario where they are directing calls to people then many organisations buy a third party attendant console that is far more focused to support this type of scenario

Kim not out of box this can be added. But if you can utilize the Microsoft Teams Native Teams IP Phone the functions are available on the Native IP Phone Devices.
