I’ve been working with Microsoft Teams for a while now, and for a program setup, I found that consolidating files from individual Teams can be a bit tricky. You can try using the "SharePoint" integration—basically, each Team has its own SharePoint site where files live. You could set up a central document library within the Program Team and then link to the files in the individual project Teams. As someone working toward PMI-SP certification, I find that scheduling and aligning these tasks properly helps a lot.
