Presenting System Audio Through Teams, Volume Issue

When presenting say a YouTube video through Teams, the audio is extremely loud on both the speakers in the room and on the remote end.  I am using a MTR device and presenting from a laptop. I have system audio enabled.  I have to turn the volume way down in the Youtube video, and even then it is still loud. The MTR volume is set at 10 (the lowest setting prior to mute).  The remote user has to turn their system volume way down as well.    I do not see an option to control the presented system audio volume.
