Powershell commands to retrieve call quality.

Question

Has anyone figured out if there are any sorts of commands or script that can be used to retrieve call quality reports for specific users or meetings?

For instance in the sessions times participants and etc.
Along with their ping and what audio devices.

Is there any way to export this data via powershell or graph?
