Possible to create two Chats containing the same people?

I currently have a Chat with myself and two colleagues. I want to create a second Chat with the same two colleagues. The two Chats will serve different purposes. Is this possible?

    You can do this using a named chat:

    1. Start a new chat using the 'New Chat' icon
    2. Add the relevant people, but before initiating the chat by posting a message,
    3. Select the dropdown arrow at the top right to see the option to name the group.

    Step 2 and 3 can be any order

Can't you add one of the people, start the chat and then add the others?
Or start from an email
