Pop up in Teams
Weird request but is it possible to add a Pop up that alerts everyone to the scheduled ending time. In a effort to make sure meetings don't go to long it was asked if there is a way when meetings are scheduled to end in 5 minutes that a pop up appears for all users saying meeting ending in 5 minutes?
I don't know if there is a way to do this through Power Automate or maybe some teams configuration.

Until you get this feature into Teams you could create some "Meeting Rules" that you distribute in your organisation that teaches them howto lead a meeting. One rule could then be for the organiser to always aim to end the meeting 10-15 minutes before the scheduled ending time.
eenochs-turnerI would doubt if there is any built-in system but could be possible through Power platform as you said but as a workaround or might be there is a third-party app, of course i am not talking about asking everyone to setup phone Alarm for each meeting!!!
