Policy to rollout via Admin365 or Powershell for disabling the camera/mic when screen is locked.

Hello, I am wondering if there is any way to deploy this setting "ENABLED" via Admin365 or Powershell for my organization.

Is there any update to this? I tried looking, but still do not see an option to control this on the mind portal.
