Plantronics ear piece opens up Teams when pressing the call button

Morning,  I would like to know how to disable the feature where a Plantronics 5200 ear piece will open up Teams when pressing the call button.  We are using Ring Central and when I press the call button to answer the call, it will open up Teams and not answer the call.  Wondering if it is a setting I can change or not.  Thank you in advance.

    Hi PKeller80, please download and install the Plantronics Manager from their support page. With this software you define a lot of settings for the headset. One of them is the default softphone client. This should solve your problem.
