Phone system: Upload .wav greeting to Call Queue

Uploading a 43KB wav file to a call queue greeting results in the error "We can't upload the audio file. Please verify the contents of the file and try again."

 

Any idea what needs to be verified? The file plays the greeting on media player without issues...

    I have seen this previously - try converting it to a .mp3 file or a .wma file and see if that works. Those file formats should also be supported for call queues

    i am having same issues and tried with .mp3 .wav and .wma .. strangely the file that got uploaded couple of days ago also gives the same error now.

      Yes, ended up using https://online-voice-recorder.com/ which produces a mp3 that is accepted by call queues. Thanks!
