Community ManagerThe process above no longer works so I'm "unsolving" this request. It's a common one that is on the backlog. First a new calendar experience that allows you to see multiple calendars like Outlook and then items like this. I've wanted this myself for a long time. It will get there but I do not yet have a date.
A good place to start would be improving the Teams' Channel Calendar with a month or multi-week view like that available in Outlook. It's hard to make long term plans on the existing Channel Calendar when you can only see one week at a time.
