Our remote managers are struggling with giving regular feedback in Teams
We’re a mostly remote team and one issue we keep running into is that feedback only happens during formal reviews. Managers use Teams every day, but feedback tends to get buried in chats or not documented at all. Has anyone found a simple way to make regular employee feedback part of the Teams workflow without adding a lot of admin work?

Hi, I would keep the conversation in Teams but add a little structure around it. A recurring check-in can be a scheduled private channel post, a Forms pulse, or a simple Microsoft Lists tracker for manager follow-ups. The important thing is to make feedback visible as a habit, not only a review event. If you need sentiment trends or anonymity, Forms plus Power Automate is a decent lightweight start.
