Organization Problems

So, Teams won't open up it keeps saying my "Organization has shut it down" what should I do? I've used the chat links but it shows the chat but then in a split second kicks me to Assignments which is annoying. If anyone knows how to deal with this please help me, please and thank you. OH HOW I'VE MISSED THESE EMOJIS
