Organising a meeting on behalf of someone
The scenario is an HR person is organising a meeting for a job interview. They need it to include two execs and an external candidate.
If the HR person is the meeting organiser can she simply not attend the meeting? Or will she need to be in the meeting to bring in the other meeting attendees?
- By default any internal user can start the meeting! You can set different options also for this using meeting policy!

- alitaqviIron ContributorGo to teams add in outlook > click team meetings > in the invite you will see Meeting Options > Click that and set the lobby preference as per your requirement. This applies to specific individual who is doing a change.
