Option to transfer call to Work Voicemail missing after the update 1449/1.0.94.2024071104
Teams phone devices version 1449/1.0.94.2024071104 is missing transfer a call to voicemail. Can you bring this option back? I have Poly CCX 400, Yealink MP 56, and AudioCodes C470HD phones. All of them have transfer to voicemail missing.
FYI everyone this has been fixed in latest version posted today

Folks, a fix for this is coming in early september. If you need to enable this in the meantime, please open a support ticket and we can enable it based on tenant IDs for the short-term.KruthikaPonnusamy is caller ID name for call queues coming?

Just upgraded to Teams1449/1.0.94.2024080808 and still broken; had hoped they would restore the functionality -but- nope.

Same here. Also noticed this is the same thing for teams on your PC. I do notice that after you try to consult first and then hang up with that person. If you try to transfer again then you get an option to transfer directly to voicemail. That is not the case on my yealink mp56. it used to have the three dots after you look a person up and say transferred to voicemail, but it’s all gone. Has anyone found a solution for this? Or did Microsoft go oops.L?
We are also encountering the same issue with a Yealink MP56. As soon as we updated to Teams 1449/1.0.94.2024071104 on 07/17/24, the Transfer to Work Voicemail functionality disappeared.
- We have the same issue on our Poly CCX 400s. The option to transfer to Work Voicemail was replaced with Teams phone number, which just calls their Teams phone anyway. The new feature seems useless, and they managed to ruin a heavily used feature in our company at the same time.
