Notification settings oddities?

Without looking at my phone I assume an Ongoing call notification is a notification that stays in your notification drawer whilst your on a call. This has the benefit of getting back to your call when you navigate away from teams to check your Outlook.
As for why there is two? No idea. Maybe the horrible "Mute/Unmute" notification from Skype4B is making a comeback?
