Notifcation Badge in Windows 11 Taskbar won't go away.

    The question was tagged as applying to Teams. I have the same problem.
    I don't want to turn off notification badges; I just want for Teams to not show one when there aren't any.

    But when he got there, the cupboard was bare!

    Deleted That solution breaks the functionality of taskbar badges - which is even worse.
