New Teams phone calls disconnect and call back
Hey All
We recently upgraded from Classic Teams to the New Teams version. Since the upgrade, we have very strange issues with incoming phone calls. Sometimes when an agent answers an incoming call (from a call queue) the connection gets cutoff directly and the agent his phone redials the originating number. This issue also occurs with phone-transfer. The last step in the phone-transfer (where the agent pushes the phone call to another agent) also results in the agent calling back.
Setup:
- Win 10 - patched to the lastest version
- Teams New client - patched to the latest version
- Telephone via MS Calling plan

Experiencing the same issue with some of the users not able to pick up the call. the customer gets a call back even though call back is not enabled in any of the queues

I have one call queue that is experiencing the same issue. Did you find the solution?
