New Teams Is Inconvenient In Some Ways

1.  Old Teams allowed me to set my status (Available / Away / Busy / Do Not Disturb) by right-clicking on the tray icon and selecting the status.  New Teams only shows "Open", "Collect Support Files", and "Quit".

2.  Old Teams showed my status as a color bubble on the tray icon (Green for available, yellow for away, red for busy, red with a white line for Do Not Disturb).  New Teams only shows "New".

3.  New Teams still does not allow me to set a custom Away timer (I have long strings of time where I'm at the computer but not interacting with it, and I need to be able to say "Hey, I'm here, I'm just idle" instead of automatically getting flagged as away)
