New teams: call queues not showing in search
tried out New Teams and found a big problem: In the calls section, if I type the name of a "call queue" (shared line) .. it will not come up in search. So our staff wouldn't be able to find the T...
typing the email address of the resource account doesn't work for me, sadly.
Hmm, the more I test, it is hit-and-miss and varies... some auto-attendants show up from search with the headset icon, and most don't. A couple call queues come up by name, and most don't.
We're entirely on new teams now, Typing the display name is hit or miss (depends on the week tbh), but typing the email or phone number of the resource account attached to the queue or aa has worked consistently.
