New Microsoft Team Project

I'm interested in find new team members to understand how Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 actually work in forming a new coding project. 

As a personal idea I want to develop a publicity computer program that will take into account the number of clicks & shares that exist also on the computers that they are being installed with options that can allow to easily upload new orders in a modern way.
