Never received banner about Teams Wiki Retiring

I'm not saying I didn't click something, but no one in my organization has seen a banner about Wiki's retiring and the need to migrate or the "Get Details" button. We are a GCC organization. I would suspect that I may have clicked an 'X' somewhere and got rid of the banner, but looking at every demo online makes it look like that's not an option. It doesn't appear that there's any other way to choose to convert.

How do we go about converting our Wikis to OneNote, or do we have to manually copy them over since we're a GCC?
