Mute and video greyed out in call
I've tried to have a study call today and when;. Join the link my mic video and speaker are all on once joining the call it puts my camera and mic om mute. And they are greyed out. I was unable to hear the person on the other side either.

Kimmills are you joining using a browser? Teams will ask if it is allowed to use the camera and mic, if you don't allow it then they will remain grey as you mentioned.
