Multiple accounts in Teams -> Multiple Accounts in M365 Apps for Enterprise?
Hi everyone, it is a good thing that we now can have multiple accounts in Teams - but working with the files in the Office App is not possible. Every time i open a file in the App it gets denied...
Office apps also support multiple accounts nowadays (make sure you're using a recent version), though the setup therein is separate from that on Teams. And there's always a chance that a link to a given file gets opened with your Guest account instead... 😄
- In my case it opens with another customer account instead of the customer account i opened the file with.
I cannot say "sign in with other" - so opening the file fails.- What device are you using with which OS?
- Do you have any insights on configuring M365 Apps?
I would expect that the "sharepoint URL" is somehow mapped to the right account.
