MS Teams Room on RoomMate (Logitech) - Device audio compatible
RoomMate is a product from logitech01_ logitech02_ logitech03_
Hi MS community,
Impossible to make it work since my purchase of "RoomMate", I've tested with different audio devices noted as compatible on the support site: https://prosupport.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410259154711-RoomMate-Certification-and-Compatibility-Information
- Jabra Speak 750 is not recognized by CollabOS
- Google SpeakerMic is recognized by CollabOS but microphone doesn't work at all
None allow you to hold a meeting under MS Teams while some are recognized by CollabOS.
Logitech informs me that the problem is linked to MS Teams under Android and that the incident must be corrected by Microsoft.
Do you have any ideas ? I should have set up a much more efficient Teams Room under Windows!
Thank you for your help!

I am having this issue as well. I bought a roommate and I am trying to adapter the system to an existing professional audio and mic system in a large training room. I have bought several USB audio devices and the ones that work in the CollabOS mic/speaker test screen are:
Ugrean USB Adapter (https://a.co/d/b9tsvmk)
Micolindun USB adapter (https://a.co/d/fxxNcaL)
Shure AniUSB-matrix (analog input/output to USB audio)
all 3 devices experience the same issue. When I’m at the audio test screen under system settings for the RoomMate, all tests work.
when I join a teams room meeting, the speakers work, but the microphone doesn’t work. I have not found a solution yet. My next step is to purchase a Shure P300 since it is different and on the “certified” list. The others at best are on the “compatible” list.
I also tried RingCentral Rooms and had the same experience.
i hope someone has a fix
