Somewhat bizarrely, I have a similar issue with my new Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones in Windows 10 (version 22h2). If I connect via the 3.5mm jack then I can hear in Teams no problem. If I try to use the headphones through USB then it all goes silent (even with all the audio settings correctly applied in Teams). But, and here's the weird thing, if I then pull up the Sound Settings panel, immediately without doing anything, it all works fine (unless I then minimise the panel in which case it all goes quiet again).
