MS Teams log in problems
Just asking if there's a workaround with this. My work laptop was on idle for a few minutes and then when I refreshed it, I couldn't log into my MS teams account while it works fine for my other teammates. I tried using my mobile phone, it worked for a few minutes and then after an hour or so, I couldn't log in there too. I was using the web client since we have limited access on our chrome book. Thankfully it is Friday here and hopefully someone can help me with this. Much appreciated.
Hmmm, it could be a dozen different things @ima1986
1.) Are you using Microsoft Teams Business or Teams Free?
2.) Can you log into Teams on any other machine you have (Like a personal laptop)
3.) Can you still log into the web at https://teams.microsoft.com?
4.) Has any of the login returned since you posted this (I.e. in desktop or mobile)
5.) Were there any recent changes to password?
6.) Were you connected to the corporate network or corporate wi-fi when these issues occurred?
