MS Teams Frontline Teams Setup

I have tried to setup frontlines in Teams. However, the setup failed and I attempted to change it in my Admin Center but it seems I have hit a wall as my apply button is greyed out. 

In addition, the yellow warning popup says:

'There was a problem with your setup. Download the error CSV to see what didn't work and then try again.'

I see no option to download the csv. though.

I also see no way to do the setup from scratch again.
