MS Teams doesn't work with VDI
In our vdi environment (Win 7, chrome, IE & Firefox,View Agent installed on the image is on 6.0.2) When launching fat client of Microsoft teams, we get error: were having trouble syncing conversations to your machine. This keeps going through a continuous loop when I select "Please sign out and sign back in". When I use the web client I do not get the Share icon in Microsoft teams in any latest browser:

Have you checked the documentation about supported VDI installations and limitations, the first thing I think about is if you are running a shared non-persistent VM (not supported) or not.

It could be something with write permissions to %appdata% were Teams tries to cache information.
- Yes, Microsoft gave the same documentation but emphasized that both persistent and non are both not supported and no matter how much you edit the policies you will never get the full functionality of ms teams on vdi. I’m waiting for an eta as to when Microsoft will resolve the known issues such as this.
