MS Teams Direct Routing - Health Dashboard is not showing any statistics

Hi, 

 

We are using SBCs configured for multiple tenants in our Direct Routing solution. 

Calls are running ok,  but Health Dashboard of MS Teams Admin center in carrier tenant is not showing any calls or any other statistics.

Is this behavior specific/expected for SBCs configured for multiple tenants?

  • Hi Maja,

    This should be possible. We should be able to see the reports in the Carrier Tenant SBC as well. Depends on the make and model of the SBC you are utilizing.

    Can you please check in the following locations CDR are visible or not?

    Teams Admin Center > Analytics > Usage Report > PSTN Reports

    You should be able to see all the reports in each Tenant if they are utilizing the services and made calls in the last 7days.

      Hello,

      Thanks for the reply! This should work for customer's tenant (but I don't have access there).

      I was looking for a way to see reports per SBC in the carrier tenant, but I guess this is just not possible.
