MS Teams Direct Routing - Health Dashboard is not showing any statistics
Hi, We are using SBCs configured for multiple tenants in our Direct Routing solution. Calls are running ok, but Health Dashboard of MS Teams Admin center in carrier tenant is not showing any ...

This should be possible. We should be able to see the reports in the Carrier Tenant SBC as well. Depends on the make and model of the SBC you are utilizing.

Thanks for the reply! This should work for customer's tenant (but I don't have access there).
I was looking for a way to see reports per SBC in the carrier tenant, but I guess this is just not possible.

This should be possible. We should be able to see the reports in the Carrier Tenant SBC as well. Depends on the make and model of the SBC you are utilizing.
